Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or promotional periods.

We offer FREE UPS Ground Shipping.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within The United States. For international shipping, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through our website or the designated carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather conditions, customs, etc.). Please get in touch with the carrier for assistance with delays beyond our control.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact our customer service team at contact@navedesks.com. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 days.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance. After this period, we will not take Damaged or Defective Items claims.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may apply for returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
